Through the use of hydro-cooling, we preserve each ear of Supersweet corn at its peak freshness, ensuring a taste experience like no other.  Our experienced hands carefully sort and trim every ear, selecting only the best for our signature boxes.  After injecting ice into each box, locking in crispness and flavor, our harvest is promptly dispatched, often reaching its destination within 36 hours of leaving the field.
